Ulta Beauty – Scope of Work
For this Ulta Beauty location, we were contracted to perform the complete selective demolition of the existing storefront and exterior building wall. Our scope included the careful removal of all façade elements while preserving the structural integrity of surrounding components. Following demolition, we installed the new façade system, which included structural framing, sheathing, and finish materials as specified in the architectural plans. All work was completed on a fast-track schedule to meet the client’s opening timeline, with a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and quality craftsmanship throughout the process.
